It’s a New Year with so much to look forward to in the world of beauty and style. At Saks Boston there is always something new come see. We have many great designer brands and beautiful new Spring 2018 merchandise in store to take your mind off the cold winter days or prepare you for your warmer-climate vacation or business trip.

Some trends to look forward to:

Americana – The Red, White & Blue you will find stars and stripes re-interpreted by many designers like 3.1 Philip Lim

Mixed prints and bold patterns like bold florals with stripes and from brands like Etro, Burberry, Emporio Armani

Anoraks – once popular in the 90’s, now back again this season. Look for casual to dressier versions of the famed jacket. Public School has one that is really cool.

Ultra Violet – the Pantone Color for the year 2018

Big Voluminous balloon sleeves for a 19th century feeling dramatic effect.

Jeans are not just for casual wear anymore. You’ll re-discover how to wear your favorite jeans to an evening affair.

Depth of color: these brights in great hues from pinks to purple, greens and yellow will be in everyone’s wardrobe this season. Check out Akris Punto’s collection and fall in love with color.

Fringe – the update is stringy and metallic with great movement worn everywhere.

The big reveal: sheer fabrics,  transparent textures, see  your skin looks with tastefully design detail.
